RUC officers fired shots to foil a post office raid on the outskirts of Belfast yesterday. Three people were arrested after two police cars were rammed by the driver of a Vauxhall Cavalier at Front Road, Drumbo. Nobody was hurt. Police said a gun was recovered at the scene.
