Romanian wins restraining order

A Romanian national has secured a High Court order restraining his deportation from the State today. Mr Gheorghe Gageanu, with an address at Talbot Street, Dublin, was yesterday given permission by Mr Justice Kelly to seek an order quashing the ministerial deportation order made on October 30th. The order is to remain operative until next Monday.
