Relative results

Nearly all the political relatives listed in Quidnunc last week made it in the local government elections. Those who didn't were Aileen Woods, daughter of Minister Michael in Howth; Liam Ahearn, husband of Theresa FG TD, in Cahir; John Penrose, brother of Labour TD Willy Penrose in Westmeath and in Dundalk, Labour's Constance Short who has cousins in both the Westminster and Dublin cabinets.
