Haydock Park was passed fit for racing this morning after it was feared today's card would fall victim to the sub-zero weather conditions last night.
After this morning's inspection the going was officially described as good to soft.
Elsewhere, there will be a 3 p.m. inspection at Musselburgh racecourse this afternoon to assess racing prospects for tomorrow's meeting.
