The leader of an Irish expedition to view the first total eclipse of the sun this millennium is to deliver a public lecture next week.
Mr Brian Seales witnessed the eclipse in Madagascar in June. His illustrated lecture is organised by Astronomy Ireland and will be delivered at 8 p.m. in the Henry Grattan building at Dublin City University. The lecture can also be watched live via a webcast at www.astronomy.ie
