London - British Jews criticised Italian designer Francesco Barbaro yesterday for using the swastika as the theme for his Rome fashion collection.
The Board of Deputies of British Jews said it understood that some designers may use shock tactics to gain media attention for their collections. But it said the swastika would always be linked to the Holocaust.
