Green Property today reported a 56 per cent rise in pre-tax profits after a particularly active year on corporate and property fronts.
The Irish-owned property firm earned euro 66.10 million in profits. Earnings per share were 49.11 cents, an rise of 54 per cent.
The final dividend for the year will be 9 cents per share, a 12.5 per cent increase over last year.
Net assets per share were up by 30 per cent over the year. Shares in Green Property rose 10 cents to euro 7.77 on the Irish Stock Exchange this morning.
