HARROGATE - A 25 year old man is the latest victim of the human form of mad cow disease, it was reported last night. Mr Adrian Hodgkinson, a former RAF policeman, from Harrogate, Yorkshire, died 12 days ago from Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease (CJD), according to the Express newspaper.

Mr Hodgkinson is said to have been diagnosed with CJD two months ago, although his mother says he developed the first symptoms last March. Mrs Betty Hodgkinson (53) said that within months her son, had lost co ordination and was suffering hallucinations.

Mr Hodgkinson, who ate beef but no more than normal, is the 15th victim of CJD, the paper claims.
