Police name three victims of Armagh crash

Police have named the three victims of a car collision between a four-wheel-drive vehicle and a lorry in Co Armagh.

A mother and daughter were among those killed. Three others, including a woman and her five-yer-old daughter, are said to be in a stable condition in hospital.

Bridget Christine Maughan (14), and her mother Ms Mary Theresa Maughan (32), from Ardnaskea Park, Coalisland, Co Tyrone, were killed.

> Mr Peter Maughan (22), from Hackney in London, also died. He was a relative of Mrs Maughan's husband.

All three were travelling in the jeep which crashed near Armagh at the junction of the Keady Road and Newtownhamilton Road yesterday.
