Jerusalem - Next week's Camp David peace talks summit is rapidly turning into a make-or-break event for Israel's Prime Minister, Mr Ehud Barak, with his coalition collapsing and his most potent rival, the former prime minister, Mr Benjamin Netanyahu, apparently gearing up for a comeback, David Horovitz reports.
Two of Mr Barak's coalition partners - the National Religious Party and the Yisrael Ba'aliya immigrant faction - are vowing to bolt the government before Mr Barak sets off for Tuesday's talks. A third, Shas, which came within hours of leaving government last month, is again threatening to quit.
