A range of measures designed to eliminate ozone pollution by the year 2005 has been agreed by the Minister for the Environment, Mr Howlin, and other European environment ministers following a meeting in London this week. Initiatives were agreed for better sharing and co ordination of information on pollution and forecasting techniques.
