A pit bull owner who let his dog run wild has been fined €750 and ordered to pay €200 costs in Tallaght Court.
Hearing that Robert Byrne’s terrier had been roaming Belgard Road at 8am, Judge Cormac Dunne said children could have been going to school at the time. Byrne, Broomhill Road, was not in court.
