`Oregon Trail' commemorated

Four amateur cyclists will attempt to cycle 3,054 miles from the west coast of America to the east in 30 days this summer.

Four amateur cyclists will attempt to cycle 3,054 miles from the west coast of America to the east in 30 days this summer.

They will follow the Oregon Trail in reverse, departing from Portland, Oregon, on June 20th and cycling eastwards through the Rocky Mountains and the plains and prairies of the midwest to New York.

The men are members of the Analog Devices Cycling Club in Limerick.
