The Psychiatric Nurses' Association yesterday warned it would escalate its industrial action at Our Lady's Hospital in Cork if the Southern Health Board took disciplinary action over its work to rule.

The PNA is in dispute at Our Lady's over what it says is the SHB's lack of commitment to remedying staff shortages.
