A North Korean cabinet-level delegation has arrived in the South Korean capital of Seoul for talks.
On arrival, the delegation urged unity with South Korea against outside pressure over Pyongyang's nuclear ambitions.
"The stronger the outside pressure is and the graver the situation is, we must work together to make it through difficulties and set the future course of the nation," the delegation said.
Four days of talks between the two Koreas are to end on Friday, and Seoul has plans to put the current nuclear crisis on the agenda along with inter-Korean reconciliation projects.
