The owner of a new clay pigeon shooting complex in Tyrone is challenging claims by Cookstown District Council that the shoots are a noise nuisance A special sitting of Cookstown Magistrates Court is to be held to determine the issue. When the case was mentioned at yesterday's court, a lawyer said Mr David Gibson, of Ballinderry Bridge Road, Coagh, who has represented Ireland at the sport on several occasions, would contest "every last nut and bolt in the case".
