Ankara - The Turkish-Cypriot leader, Mr Rauf Denktash, on the 24th anniversary of the Turkish invasion of the island, vowed there will be no united Cyprus.
"There will be no return to the past," Mr Denktash said in a radio and television address marking the beginning of the Turkish military intervention on July 20th, 1974, which partitioned the island.
