The administrative director of the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice, Mr Tom Hill, has been dismissed after months of controversy, writes Alison O'Connor. Mr Hill was suspended in October over a "breach of confidentiality" regarding a donation, according to the hospice's management council. But behind the scenes the dispute appeared to centre on a personality clash between Mr Hill and a council member.
