New rules issued on builders' skips

Dublin Corporation has issued new regulations concerning builders' skips which in future will have to be registered with the corporation, as well as have the name and address of the user/owner displayed on them. They must also have reflector strips. Their use will be banned from roads where they may be a hazard to free flow of traffic.
