LONDON - British Labour's lead over the Tories has shrunk to 13 points - its second smallest since Mr Tony Blair became party leader, according to a new opinion poll.
November's ICM survey for tomorrow's Guardian newspaper shows Labour's lead has fallen by five points since last month. Labour is on 47%, two points down on October, the Tories are on 34%, three points up, and the Liberal Democrats are down one point on 15%, according to adjusted figures.
