LONDON - Campaigners made a fresh call for tighter tobacco controls yesterday after a review showing that lung cancer is still Britain's top killer cancer. The disease continued claim about 37,000 lives a year - more than any other said the report, by the Cancer Research Campaign.

There was "clear evidence" of the harmful effects of cigarette advertising on children's attitude and behaviour, according to the report.
