Durham - Double murderer Michael Stone has been moved to Durham Prison. Stone, convicted last week of the murders of Lin and Megan Russell and the attempted murder of Josie Russell, was taken to the top-security jail a few days ago, according to sources in his defence team.
He served the first few days of his three life sentences at Belmarsh Prison, where he was put on suicide watch.
His defence is expecting to receive a statement from prosecution witness Barry Thompson in the next few days, admitting he lied in court.
