Belgrade - The Yugoslav President, Mr Slobodan Milosevic, has named a new commander for the Belgrade army's Kosovo Pristina corps, state television RTS reported yesterday.
The announcement follows claims on Monday from top Yugoslav army generals that the Belgrade army was gearing up to return to the province after NATO forces withdraw in June next year.
