The Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform will this morning publish a bill he claims will "radically" reform the law on personal injury claims.
Mr Michael McDowell said the legislation, which could see insurance fraudsters jailed for up to ten years for making false claims, allow the courts to dismiss all exaggerated applications without awarding any compensation.
