London - Mr Peter Mandelson, former British trade secretary, found himself in more hot water yesterday over property purchasing. Mr Mandelson resigned last year after failing to declare a £373,000 loan from fellow former minister, Mr Geoffrey Robinson, to help him buy an expensive house in London's upmarket Notting Hill. Now, he stands accused of manipulating the price of a flat he bought to avoid paying stamp duty.
