A 19 year old man was treated in a Belfast hospital last night for a leg injury in what is believed to have been a "punishment shooting" in the loyalist Shankill area of the city.
In a separate so called "punishment beating" early this morning a man was assaulted in the Glencairn area of north Belfast.
