An Ennis man charged with the murder of a Belgian national, Mr Walter van Dael, was yesterday further remanded in custody at Ennis District Court to reappear on December 3rd.
Mr Eric Considine (23), Stone Court, Drumbiggle, Ennis, is charged with the murder of Mr van Dael at the Abbey Tourist Hostel, Harmony Row, on July 26th.
