A man from Northern Ireland died when his vehicle went out of control near Rathnew, Co Wicklow, yesterday afternoon.
The 42-year-old man lost control of his vehicle at Ballinabarney Hill on the N11. The car hit a wall, killing him instantly. Two passengers, also believed to be from the North, were not seriously injured. They were taken to Loughlinstown Hospital and one was discharged yesterday evening.
