Man jailed on heroin charge

A Bray man has been jailed for 4 1/2 years for possessing £30,000 worth of heroin at Dun Laoghaire

A Bray man has been jailed for 4 1/2 years for possessing £30,000 worth of heroin at Dun Laoghaire. Jason Brack was arrested coming off a ferry on June 9th, 1995, Garda Ronan Lawlor told Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

Brack (23), of Hazelwood, Bray, Co Wicklow, told gardai he changed £3,000 into sterling at Dublin Airport and used it to buy the drugs in Liverpool. He had previous convictions, but none for drugs.
