Man jailed for having ecstasy

A Dublin man was sentenced to two years' imprisonment yesterday for having 42 ecstasy tablets in his home for supply.

A Dublin man was sentenced to two years' imprisonment yesterday for having 42 ecstasy tablets in his home for supply.

Philip Kealy (27), of Mountainview Park, Rathfarnham, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to having the drug for sale or supply on October 7th, 1995.

Garda Philip Phibbs said the ecstasy was discovered in a container in his bedroom.
