A Louth man started sexually abusing one of his sisters when she was 10 and he was 13, the Central Criminal Court heard yesterday. He then used blackmail to allow him to carry on sexually abusing her and a younger sister. The 28-year-old defendant was jailed for seven years by Mr Justice Paul Carney. He also had a conviction for indecently assaulting another girl at knife-point in 1987.
