Man in stable condition after docklands stabbing

A Dublin man is in a serious but stable condition in the Mater Hospital after a stabbing incident in Dublin last night.

A Dublin man is in a serious but stable condition in the Mater Hospital after a stabbing incident in Dublin last night.

The incident took place at around 8.45 p.m. following a row between two men on Church Road in the Eastwall area of the city.

A man is currently being held at Store Street Garda Station in relation to the incident.

The victim is in a stable condition but will undergo surgery later today.
