Gardaí arrested a man after cocaine with an estimated street value of €420,000 was discovered in a Dublin apartment yesterday.
A Garda spokesman confirmed today that detectives from the Garda National Drugs Unit carried out a search of an apartment on Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7 as part of an ongoing investigation.
The drugs were seized during that search. They are subject to further analysis.
A man in his 30s was arrested and is detained at Blanchardstown Garda station under section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1996.
