Two firearms have been seized and a man has been arrested following a raid on a house in Dublin connected with a surveillance operation by Garda drugs officers.
Gardai seized a shot-gun and a sawn-off shot-gun while searching the house on Blackhorse Avenue area of Dublin 7 at around 3am.
A 27-year-old man was arrested and is being held at Store Street Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, where he can be held for up to 72 hours.
