A young man who had his ear bitten off in a Dublin fight is recovering in hospital.
A garda spokesman said a fight occurred between two gangs on the Drimnagh Rd at approximately 1 a.m.
The injured man, believed to be in his early 20s, was taken to St James' Hospital.
Two men were arrested and taken to Crumlin Garda Station and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
