Man found serious injured in Belfast city centre

A man was found in Belfast City centre this morning with face, head and other injuries.

A man was found in Belfast City centre this morning with face, head and other injuries.

He was found around 7.20 a.m. at Coles Alley which runs between Church Lane and Anne Street, police said.

He is described as being five feet nine inches tall and of heavy build. He has black wavy hair and is clean-shaven with a Portadown accent.

He was wearing navy cord trousers with a check shirt, a navy jumper and black shoes.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area last night or the early hours this morning to come forward.
