The PSNI is investigating the death of a man at his home in Newtownhamilton.
A neighbour heard a smoke alarm shortly before 4am but it is believed a fire had not started and it is thought he may have died accidentally.
It is understood the neighbour tried to enter the house to rescue the man.
He found him in the living room but when he brought the victim outside he was already dead.
