An 18-year-old man is expected to appear before Dundalk District Court today after being charged in connection with a road crash outside the town last weekend in which two people died.
The man has been charged with the unlawful use of a car on the Carlingford road early on Sunday morning.
He was released on bail ahead of his court appearance.
