A man will appear in the Dublin District Court this morning charged with the murder of Mr Derek Benson in his Ballymun flat last weekend. Mr Paul Hopkins (21), Belclare Green, Ballymun, was held for 12 hours in Santry Garda Station yesterday before being charged with the murder of Mr Benson.
It is understood further arrests will be made in relation to the killing. The weapon used in the attack, described as a long blade, has also been recovered.
