Man due in court over Drogheda death

A man (28) is expected in court this morning in connection with the death of a man in Drogheda.

A man (28) is expected in court this morning in connection with the death of a man in Drogheda.

The body of Colm Donlon (28) was found in an apartment on Drogheda's Fair Street at around 10pm on Sunday.

The victim had an address at Priorland Grove, Dundalk, Co Louth. It is thought he may have been stabbed.

The man was arrested after the alarm was raised on Sunday night. He was questioned at Drogheda Garda station.
