A 23-year-old man has died in hospital following a suspected fight in Letterkenny, Co Donegal yesterday morning.
Gardaí believe the man was injured in a clash between a number of people at Port Road near the centre of the town at around 3.45 a.m. on Sunday.
The man was taken to Letterkenny General hospital, but died early this morning.
The State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy is expected to carry out a post-morten this afternoon.

One man was arrested a short time later under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act and taken to Letterkenny Garda Station. He was later released.
