A man has died in house fire in Youghal, Co Cork.
Smoke was seen coming from the house at Ashe Street early this morning and the fire brigade were called.
The blaze was brought under control at about 11.30am, but the body of a man was found in the house.
Gardaí are investigating but, at present, they do not believe the circumstances to be suspicious.
The name or age of the deceased man have not yet been released.
