A Co Waterford man died yesterday in Cork University Hospital from head injuries received during an assault a week ago in Ballyduff, Co Waterford.
The man, in his early 50s, was attacked, at Main Street in the town at 1.30 a.m. on June 27th. Two men were arrested the following day and released without charge. A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
