A man has died in hospital of injuries suffered during a serious single-vehicle crash on the N3 in Co Meath today.
The incident occurred at about 4.45am at Cooksland on the Dunshaughlin to Navan Road, about 1km outside Dunshaughlin.
A woman (23) in the car was taken to Blanchardstown with non-life-threatening injuries, while the male passenger (24) was taken to Navan, where he was pronounced dead this morning.
The road is closed for a examination, and diversions are in place.
