Man charged over fatal stabbing on Arranmore

A 39 year-old man has been charged in connection with the death of 19-year-old Paul Boyle on Arranmore Island last weekend.

A 39 year-old man has been charged in connection with the death of 19-year-old Paul Boyle on Arranmore Island last weekend.

Stephen Boyle, with an address at Austen House, Cambridge Road, Kilburn Park, London, was brought before a special sitting of Ballyshannon District Court in Donegal today. He was remanded in custody to appear before Harristown District Court next Friday.

Paul Boyle sustained critical injuries after he was stabbed in the neck with a broken glass in a pub on the island last Saturday.
