A man has been charged by PSNI officers investigating a murder in Co Down last week.
Dymtro Gystinov was shot dead in Kilkeel in what is understood to have been a dispute involving two groups of foreign nationals.
The 29-year-old sustained a fatal chest wound when shots were fired in the Rooney Park area of the town.
Members of the PSNI Serious Crime Branch have charged a man (28) with affray and assisting an offender in connection with the incident.
He is to appear at Newry Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
Two men arrested in Dublin in connection with the death of Mr Gystinov remain in custody.
