A man was remanded in custody in Belfast yesterday, charged with possessing drugs with a street value of £225,000. Mr Michael Pius Allen (43), Mahony's Place, Shandon Street, Cork, was also charged with unlawfully importing 18,000 ecstasy tablets with intent to supply.
