A man is to be sentenced at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for the manslaughter of his wife.
Thomas Breen (62), Willowvale, Ballybrack, pleaded guilty to the unlawful killing of Carmel Breen at the same address on November 7th, 2008.
Judge Patricia Ryan remanded Breen on continuing bail until his sentence date on October 8th, when full facts will be heard in the case.
