Eric Doyle (43) with an address at Whitechurch Avenue, Ballyboden, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing the death of Lily Hastings-Bass on Rathgar Road on November 26th, 2006.

Ms Hastings-Bass (20), a Trinity College student from Newbury, Berkshire, died in St James's Hospital on December 7th when her family decided to switch off her life-support machine.

Dominic McGinn BL, prosecuting, requested the preparation of a victim impact report for the sentence hearing which has been set for next February.
