A man from Magherafelt, Co Derry, appeared in court yesterday accused of gross indecency with a 10-year-old girl in the town on February 14th. Mr Francis Joseph Murray (38) from Sperrin Drive, faces two charges of exposing himself on the same date. The case was adjourned until August 24th .
